1. High
quality Armstrong linoleum flooring in the kitchen and entry way
is 20 mils. thick. Which
doubles the thickness of most of our competition. This will help
prevent scuffing and tearing when walking with rocks on your
boots. Painting the floor in the cargo area where you store your
vehicle, is the best method for preventing odors. Most of
Warriors competitors have linoleum flooring in this area, which
will trap oil from tires and create odors in trailer. |

2. Interior
cabinets are installed in modules and screwed down in the floor,
then screwed threw
the 2"x2" wall from the back side every 3
inches. |

3. Framework
on sidewalls is 2” x 2” wood - 16 “ on center, attached
together with screws, then the 3/16-wall board is glued and
stapled every 3 ". The glue provides for complete bond
across the stud for greater shear strength. Built on a jig to insure proper placement.

All interior cabinets are fastened to the wall by screwing
through the wall from the backside before the exterior skin has
been attached. Screws are installed every 3 inches
threw the sidewalls into the cabinetry to integrate the cabinets
and wall for maximum wall strength. |
